Is Xorevion Diagnostics a DOT laboratory?

No. Xorevion Diagnostics is not currently a laboratory. We provide DOT collection support, documentation support, chain-of-custody handling, mobile collection coordination, and courier-related services.

Can Xorevion perform DOT drug test collections?

Xorevion can provide DOT collection support when the proper authorization, forms, procedures, and collection requirements are in place. DOT collections must follow applicable Part 40 requirements.

What should a donor bring to a DOT testing appointment?

Bring valid photo identification and any employer authorization, Federal Custody and Control Form information, testing instructions, or documentation provided by the employer, C/TPA, or requesting party.

Can DOT testing be done at a workplace?

Mobile DOT collection may be available depending on location, timing, staffing, collection type, and required procedures.

Does Xorevion provide MRO services?
